Your choice of one of the following salads:


Caesar Salad (classically prepared with parmesan cheese and croutons)

Stockade Salad (mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, julienne carrots, bleu cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette)

Caprese Salad (sliced tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella and olive oil)

Chop Salad (Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, cranberry stilton with creamy Italian dressing)

Chicken Picatta (sauteed chicken medallions with capers in a lemon wine sauce)

Stuffed Sole (sole filet stuffed with crabmeat served with citrus beurre blanc)

Chicken Pistachio (pistachio encrusted chicken breast served in a madeira cream sauce)

Wild Mushroom Risotto (creamy risotto with wild mushrooms)

Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin (sliced tenderloin in a peppercorn brandy demi) (add $4.50 per person)
