Please note we have an 85 adult minimum for Saturday nights and a 75 adult minimum for Friday nights as well as the purchase of a current wedding package for the use of the ballroom. An initial $750 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date, at this time a contract is signed. An additional $1250 is due eight months prior to the event, the final balance is due three days prior to the event. The above prices are discounted 3% based on cash or bank check payment, the discounted pricing will not be offered for payments made by credit card.

In addition to the base price per person, a 19% Catering Fee and 8% sales tax (or current rate) will be invoiced on all items and added to the final bill. The Catering Fee is retained by the Stockade Inn and used to pay the salaries of the kitchen staff, service staff, and other room and setup costs. A gratuity may be left for the service staff, but is not required.

Preliminary counts are required one week before the event and the final count is due three days prior to the event.

Hotel Room Block Contracts are available for your wedding date. Wedding groups receive discounted hotel rates for their wedding guests. Please consult with your event planner to coordinate this.

The Billiards Room is available for rental during and after the wedding for a fee of $450. See Event Planner for a Billiards Room contract and rules. All alcoholic beverages that are brought up to the billiards room must be purchased from The Stockade Inn and the Billiards room must be vacated by midnight. Please consult with your event planner if you are interested in booking this.

An additional hour of overtime may be available for purchase at the discretion of management for all evening events.

On site ceremonies are available at the Stockade Inn. The ceremony Fee for 2012 is $450, this does not include the cost of a rehearsal or the rental of chair covers. If a rehearsal time is available, a fee of $150 will be added.

Menu Items & hors d'oeuvres may be updated. Final menu will be determined six months prior to the event.

Access to the room prior to the wedding may not be possible until an hour and a half before the event. Please consult with your event planner for delivery scheduling.

Vendor and professional meals are offered at a discounted rate of $35 per person.

Meals for young adults between the ages of 12 and 20 are offered at a discounted rate of $10 off the package price. Meals for children under the age of 12 are offered at a rate of $19.95, please consult with your event planner for menu options.
